This Privacy Policy explains how Alshelh Group ("we", "us") handles information in the Alshelh Group and Blue Bubble POS mobile applications (the "Apps"). The Apps are internal operations tools: Alshelh Group covers property maintenance, contracting and related business management; Blue Bubble POS is the point-of-sale used by Blue Bubble Cafe staff.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — username and password used to sign in to your account.
• Maintenance & operational data — maintenance requests, building/unit details, tickets, technician assignments, invoices and related records that you or your staff enter into the App.
• Sales & loyalty data (Blue Bubble POS) — orders, payments, shift and cash-drawer records, and loyalty-programme member details (name, phone number, points) entered at the register by staff or provided by customers joining the programme.
• Photos — images attached to maintenance tickets, when you choose to add them.
• Contact details — names and phone numbers entered for tenants, staff or technicians as part of normal operations.

2. How we use information

Information is used solely to operate the App's features — authenticating users, creating and tracking maintenance requests, managing staff and technicians, and generating invoices and reports. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Data storage and security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored on our secured servers. Passwords are stored using one-way encryption (hashing) and are never stored in plain text. Access is restricted to authorised users of your organisation.

4. Data sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except as required to operate the service (secure hosting) or where required by law. The App is intended for use by Alshelh Group and its authorised staff.

5. Data retention and deletion

Operational records are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed for business and legal purposes. To request deletion of an account or associated data, contact us at the address below.

6. Children's privacy

The App is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
